| This course is for personnel who develop instrument approach procedures using the Terminal Area Route Generations, Evaluations and Traffic Simulations (TARGETS) software application IAW FAA Orders 8260.3 and 8260.19. The course includes instruction and exercises to Construct Conventional Airway, Conventional Star, Conventional Holding, RNAV approaches and Departure Procedures. The course will also include integration with the Instrument Flight Procedures Automation and Instrument Flight Procedures FIX applications. | |||
