This ELMS course presents a description, and functional dissertation, of the ERAM Offline Problem Determination tool (EOPD). The main topics covered, here, are the following: EOPD functionality Basic architecture, operating platform/environment, and a list available EOPD outputs (reports); EOPD Reports Available EOPD-report descriptions and respective TI-documentation references; EOPD Graphical User Interface (GUI) Setup, invocation, sub-functions, and controls of the EOPD GUI; EOPD Report Generation Required inputs, user-initiated actions, and outputs produced for EOPD-generated reports. This presentation is intended for audiences of entry-level, as an introduction, or for the more experienced, as a refresher.
