| This training provides ATO employees the knowledge and tools they need to implement the processes described in the recently released safety and performance management orders. Five new safety orders change how ATO identifies and responds to safety and performance issues. This course training delves into each order and explains the processes to be implemented. The consists of a video Overview module and 4 web-based modules, in addition to an introduction. Each web-based module covers 1 or 2 orders and the associated Memorandum of Understanding with the National Air Traffic Controllers Association. | |||
