| Led by Gallup trainers, this two-day course equips designated ATO trainers with the information and instruction necessary to deliver six-hour ATO Workforce Engagement Impact Plan Training sessions to managers and their labor counterparts throughout the ATO. Course participants will receive training in key engagement principles, Gallup's Q12 methodology, how to interpret WE survey results, how to develop an effective impact plan and how to lead impact plan training sessions in the field. In addition to the instructional material delivered, the course also contains a section designed for hands-on application of training principles taught. | |||
