| This course is a blended learning course, combining web-based instruction with skill building exercises. The course begins with web-based training designed to increase controller awareness of hearing and listening factors that affect performance both on and off the job. It is followed by 10 hours of skill building exercises which allow students to practice and enhance skills. Some areas that NATPRO II targets include hearing mechanics, listening skills, and the impact of distractions and attention on listening. | |||
