| This is Phase II Training for the implementation of the Article 48, Collaborative Working Groups (CWG), and will consist of a pilot session and a series of 12 Facilitator led training sessions. The sessions will take place over six months at various locations around the U.S. The target audience is ATO Facility Managers and Facility Union Representatives (FACREPs). IBC will continue to develop the Facility Manager and FACREP on the CWG process and give them the opportunity to develop their plan of action for use upon returning to their facility. The ATO IBC will contribute to achieve the ATO long-term success by maximizing its performance and ability to provide a more positive, customer-focused workplace. | |||
