| The CWP System Overview provides an introduction to the Corporate Work Plan (CWP) system. The course is designed for current and potential users of the system, personnel who input data into the system and use the outputs of the system to make resource, schedule, financial, and or prioritization decisions. This course should be the first CWP course that a user takes. The course walks through the entire CWP process, and links the process to the tools, roles, and outputs of the system, as well as discussing the value and benefit of the CWP system. Students who attend this course will gain a solid big picture view of the system and its benefits and be able to identify their role(s) in the system. The course includes hands on practical exercises for the roles/personnel in attendance. The instructor will also identify remaining courses they should take. | |||
