| This three day workshop employs multiple learning modes of lecture, discussions, and simulation to enhance learning opportunities. It is designed for any individual requiring an understanding of the practical implementation of project management methodology. The workshop presents an array of techniques and tools, with emphasis on the practical application to actual projects. The Project Management Institute (PMI) methodology (initiate, plan, execute, monitor/control, and close) are applied in the simulation environment. This course employs EVM within the simulation to demonstrate the practical use of ratios to assist the project managers decision making.
