| This course reviews the processes, techniques providing a realistic and usable method of developing the documentation for initial project assessment. It is designed to provide those responsible for developing the justification for projects a better understanding of the practical techniques used to obtain project approval. These include project scope definition, feasibility analysis, business and technical viability analysis. This course is not focused on the OMB Exhibit-300. It is focused on those projects and programs typically seen at the Service Center level. | |||
