| The Heliport Evaluation (Prototype) training course will enable helicopter instrument rated Procedure Evaluation Pilots, Aviation Safety Inspectors (ASI) (Operations), Principal Operations Inspectors, or Airspace System Inspection pilots knowledgeable in Terminal Instrument Procedures (TERPS) and VFR heliport design and approval requirements to establish the acceptability of a landing site, to design a safe, flyable approach procedure, and to provide a flight inspection evaluation consistent with the type of operation.
