| The purpose of this workshop is to provide AJE Safety Management System (SMS) Points of Contact from ARTCCs, CERAPs, and the Eastern, Central and Western Service Areas (i.e. service delivery points) the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary for them to effectively evaluate and assist local facility leaders with maintaining and improving the AJE SMS.
