| This course will provide safety practitioners with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to effectively develop and review Safety Risk Management (SRM) documentation. At the end of the course, participants will be able to: determine when a Safety Risk Management Document (SRMD) or SRM Decision Memo (SRMDM) is required; state the benefits of SRM documentation; identify the components of a thorough SRMD and SRMDM; and identify positive and negative attributes of SRMD and SRMDM writing samples. Practical exercises will allow participants to serve as reviewers of SRMD and SRMDM excerpts, providing them with challenging case studies that test their ability to identify positive and negative characteristics frequently seen in SRM writing. The target audience for this course is safety practitioners who currently are, or will be, responsible for developing or reviewing SRM documentation. | |||
