| 40 hours of instructor led ground school. This training introduces the new hire flight inspection mission SIC to the basics of FAA Flight Inspection. The student will learn the flight inspection organizational structure, regulatory authority, types of flight inspection missions and resources available to conduct the mission. Adjacent organizations such as AVN AMEG will be introduced as will the legal basis for FAA Flight Inspection and Flight Inspection's role in accident investigation and litigation. FAA Order 8200.1c and AVN TI 8200.52 will be introduced as will pertinent other orders and instructions used by the FAA flight inspector. | |||
