| A real-time monitoring and alerting capability for TBFM departures was developed in FY19 with the ATCSCC TBFM NOD Development Team. The resulting prototype was tested operationally in a two-week trial from 15 January to 3 February 2020. Training was provided the week prior during facility briefings; the slides used are included as Appendix B. On 20 February 2020, the TBFM NOD team (including managers and bargaining unit representatives) recommended deploying this capability to monitor TBFM scheduled departures onto the operational NOD platform. The TBFM Departure button replaced the Metering Enabled button in the high-level NOD Table View in the 14 August 2020 release of NOD. | |||
