This class provides the training for ARINC 424 Coding Preflight Validation in Flight Inspection. Coding Preflight Validation is an extensive desktop review of an instrument flight procedure package, including the use of software tools. Procedure design data, ARINC 424 coding, and contents of the FIS Custom Database are compared and evaluated. Flight Inspections flight crew members will learn the process used to compare and evaluate ARINC 424 coding in the instrument flight procedure packages.
