| This course is the required follow-on course to 68000148 and/or 68000149. This course documents training performed at the employees work location, and covers site-specific procedures for local equipment employee utilizes. The training is conducted by a Supervisor, and addresses the elements of the LOTO procedures relevant to the employees duties, and participants must demonstrate familiarity with appropriate LOTO devices, test equipment and applicable PPE. Upon completion of this training, the training completion certificate or certified roster should be provided to the training POC so completion can be entered into employee's eLMS learning history. | |||
