| Course Description: The purpose of this virtual, instructor-led course is to provide Safety Risk Management (SRM) Practitioners with a high-level understanding and knowledge of the concepts, processes, and techniques contained in the FAA Safety Management System (SMS) and FAA SRM Orders. The course will equip participants with the skills required for effective participation in SRM Teams. Target Audience(s): Recommended for FAA employees and contractors who are tasked to participate as SRM Team Members, SRM peer reviewers, and those attending SRM Teams conducted by organizations outside the FAA. Prerequisite(s): Attendees are expected to have completed the FAA Safety Risk Management (SRM) Overview (Course Number: FAA27000023) in the electronic Learning Management System (eLMS). | |||
