| This course number is to be used to document the annual refresher Asbestos General Awareness training, which will be provided at the facility by a qualified person who is knowledgeable regarding the asbestos at the facility. This training will provide the employee with information on: 1)Any state and local asbestos requirements, 2) Location of ACM/PACM in their building, 3) Facility specific asbestos plans and 4) name and phone number of the Facility Asbestos Coordinator. Upon completion of this training, employee will maintain the completion certificate and provide a copy to their supervisor and/or training POC to be entered into their eLMS learning history. | |||
