| The purpose of this workshop is to prepare Aviation Safety (AVS) Managers for challenging leadership roles through Executive Engagement. AVS executives will engage managers on OneAVS topics through open dialogue. Program Objectives include: (1) Increasing AVS managers understanding of OneAVS attributes; (2) Promoting alignment between managers and new subordinate managers to OneAVS attributes and organization perspective; (3) Providing learning opportunities to gain insight into AVSMT-level responsibilities; (4) Providing space for AVS managers to reflect on their management journeys (Managers determine if the management role is the right fit for them).
