| This course provides awareness training for ATO Managers and Supervisors on the FAAs Safety Management Information System (SMIS) used to capture all employee accidents, incidents, and mishaps. Training topics include the purpose of SMIS, completing the Mishap Report, FAA Form 3900-6, generation of OSHAs Form 300, Log of Work-Related Injury and Illness, and OSHAs Form 300A, Summary of Work-Related Injury and Illnesses. Training will be available on eLMS and the National CBI Platform. This item provides 1 hours of credit toward FAAs continuing management education (CME) requirement for managers. | |||
