(68000284) UNSATISFACTORY CONDITION REPORT (UCR)
VIDEO 2013-01-31
This video describes the goal of the UCR system is to provide FAA employees the direct means of providing management of unsatisfactory conditions using a method which is non-punitive as stipulated in 29 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 1960.46. The UCR program allows a FAA employee to file a UCR for any situation regarding safety, health, efficiency of procedures, equipment, working environment, operations, or services that have been discussed with an immediate manager/supervisor. An UCR may also be filed on issues that remain unsolved. Hazardous situations that may contribute or cause an accident to personnel or equipment may be subjected to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 09/26/08 18006 B. UCRs filed for those conditions must follow the Unsatisfactory Condition Order, 1800.6C to ensure compliance prescribed by 29 CFR 1960.28. Upon completion of this video, the employee should notify their supervisor and/or training POC so completion can be entered into their eLMS learning history.
