| This course number is used to document Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Training. This training is for employees who conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) on behalf of FAA and/or review Phase I ESA reports for technical sufficiency. Completing this training, employees will be able to apply the ASTM E1527-13 standards for conducting all appropriate inquiries prior to real estate transactions. Upon completion of this training, employees should maintain certification and provide a copy to their supervisor and/or training POC to be entered into their eLMS learning history. | |||
