| This course is used to document the attendance of employees who participated in their local Technical Operations Safety Stand Down. During this time period, Technical Operations Front Line leaders will conduct local Safety Stand Down sessions. The purpose of the Safety Stand Down is to promote discussions between leaders, employees, and Labor (if applicable) regarding safety issues in the workplace, their roles in supporting and strengthening the safety culture, and identifying activities or equipment that can promote a safe work environment.
