| This course number is to be used to document annual refresher Asbestos Operations and Maintenance (O&M) certification training. This training will qualify the employee to work on any Class III O&M operation for which Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) have been developed. Upon satisfactory completion of this training and issuing of certificate, please send record of completion to the Service Area Training Program Management Officers (TPMO) for recording in eLMS under FAA68000204. Completed Hands-on Proficiency Skills Checklist will be maintained by FAA, with employees training records. | |||
