| Wall-MountTM Training: Air Conditioning & Heat Pumps (Approx. 5 to 6 hours, depends on engagement and questions) 11 EER Single-Stage Air Conditioning Wall-Mount Units (All the training will be backward compatible and referenced to legacy units used by FAA covering all units for the last 20 years) . This course will cover applications, specifications, model-building (nomenclature), installation, standard features, components/anatomy, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Attention to ventilation options (and applications) - including the Honeywell JADE economizer control module and older EIFM (legacy) controls. Includes MC4002 lead/lag building controls. Electro-mechanical sequence-of-operation and colorized wire-by-wire voltage tracking (with a special emphasis on the proprietary compressor control module (the legacy control and the upgraded model) and a detailed coil-cleaning section specific to Wall-Mount units make this course a MUST SEE for all technicians. Application of Bard Controls, their sequence-of-operation, and systematic diagnostics end the class. | |||
