Participants will train on and must be able to: Identify compliance requirements related to scissor lifts; Identify the various components of a scissor lift; Recognize the differences between various lifts (MEWPs); Complete a pre-start inspection of the scissor lift; Survey the worksite for hazards and address those hazards; Recognize fall protection requirements for scissor lifts; Operate the scissor lift safely; Recognize requirements related to refueling, recharging, and maintenance of scissor lifts; Complete hands-on exercises demonstrating competency. | |||
