This session begins the process of building team spirit development within the group and promotes implementing the skills and philosophies discussed in this session into the workplace environment. This session is designed to enhance conflict resolution skills. Participants will gain information and participate in experiential activities to define conflict-resolving skills. These participatory activities are intended to enhance relationships with the teams.
