| The Senior Executive Assessment Program (SEAP) is an intense, five-day program that allows GS-15s to be assessed on their readiness to be in the Senior Executive Service by evaluating their real-time performance on key ECQ competencies. In addition participants also receive an assessment of their readiness to go through the SES selection process. Finally, the course provides a realistic overview of the SES job so participants can make an informed decision as to whether the SES is the best career choice for them, and is so what type of SES position best fits their career needs. This item provides 40 credit hours towards FAA's continuing management education (CME) requirement for managers. | |||
