| The target audience for this course is newly assigned Principal Inspectors (PI), Frontline Managers (FLM) and Managers assigned to part 121 Certificate Management Teams. Newly assigned individuals will receive priority enrollment over all others. **** Principal Inspectors (PI), Frontline Managers (FLM) and Managers who were assigned to the position before 12/30/2009 and completed FAA27100002 are not required to take this course. **** The course covers the eight modules of the ATOS business process as well as the Risk Management Process (RMP), with an emphasis on the duties and responsibilities of PI, FLM, and Managers. The training features lecture, demonstration, guided discussion, Q&A and group exercises to enhance participant learning. Participants will also utilize an ATOS 1.2 practice environment to complete automation exercises tailored to their specific ATOS functions. **IMPORTANT** Course prerequisite is FAA21000051 OR the completion of ALL of the following ATOS courses: FAA27100005, FAA271000006, FAA27100001. There are no pre-requisites for ORAs. | |||
