| This course is to build collaborative knowledge-sharing practices within their organizationfrom a communication and leadership perspective rather than from a technological perspective. Throughout the course, participants have opportunities to network, share, and receive feedback on current practices, and participants are highly encouraged to share and test out their ideas. Participants discuss the types and uses of collaboration, how to overcome obstacles and capitalize on collaboration opportunities, and how to foster a collaborative culture. They also are asked to develop a collaboration plan for their organization, and to execute the plan to the greatest extent possible. | |||
