| This course provides the evaluator the skills and knowledge of the tools, techniques and guidelines of how evaluate a heliport for safe operations. The audience for this training is Flight Standards Aviation Safety Inspectors (ASI), both those with only fixed wing and, or helicopter experience. Flight Standards Aviation Safety Inspection Pilots (ASIP) and third party Procedure Evaluation Pilots (PEP). The secondary, audience includes Flight Standards branchs and divisions in the regions and in headquarters. This would apply to operations under CFR 91and 135. | |||
