This 10-day trainings designed for International Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) Government Safety Operations Inspectors. Basic concepts/steps involved in certificating an air transport operator are covered. Learn the 5-phase certification process based upon ICAO recommended practices and Model Civil Aviation Regulations (MCARs). Participants also follow a mock operator seeking certification throughout each phase of the certification process. Exercises allow learners to evaluate excerpts of the mock operators manuals and observations of the operators demonstrations to ensure compliance with the MCARs and advisory material.
