It gives you the tools and skills for implementing change within yourself and effectively leading your teams through change in an effort to achieve your desired business results. Using the Flight Standards Change Process and accompanying toolkits, you will learn about the importance of sponsorship, ADKAR, CLARC, and managing your teams through current and future changes. In this training, we will review the different roles and responsibilities of change leaders and how to create action plans for leading your team through various changes.
