This course is designed for new-hire aviation safety inspectors in all specialties and safety technicians. It presents orientation information concerning the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Flight Standards. Course subjects include FAA history, mission, organization, ethical conduct, model work environment, flight standards philosophy, and curstgomer service. Training consists of lecture and classroom exercises.
