| This course is designed for certification personnel. It includes definitions & terms; purpose & objectives; areas of responsibilities; audit types, applications; inter-divisional/inter-functional relationships & protocol; staffing & training; audit scheduling; program evaluation methods, preparations, performance, documentation, & reporting; & closure of audits. Mandatory for certification personnel responsible for performing and participating in QSA in accordance with AIR Order 8120.23. This course has a distance learning segment of 12-16 hours which must be completed prior to arriving for the resident portion. Prerequisite: FAA21016 Part 21. | |||
