In order to create a workplace of the future, we must strive to have a workplace free of discrimination and harassment. All FAA employees must monitor their own behaviors in the workplace and embrace the applicable law and agency policy. Executives and managers are accountable and responsible for administering all programs, practices and activities in sync with applicable law and agency policy. The Valuing Diversity and Inclusion WBT explains the fundamental laws, policies, and executive orders in place as well as the definition and types of sexual harassment.
