The main purpose of this training is to refresh the skills learned in the Critical Incident Response (CIRP) Initial course (FAA22000081), which focused on the skills needed to mitigate the psychological impact of an incident or accident and aid in the normal recovery from these events before harmful stress reactions affect job performance, careers, families, and health. Methods of Instruction: Instructor-led, Group Exercises, Interactive. Target Audience: CIRP Peer Support Volunteers - Note: For Aircraft Certification (AIR), these are AIR crewmembers.
