This web course is an alternative to the instructor led course FAA22000001 Apollo Root Cause Analysis.The online course covers the Apollo RCA methodology but does not include FAA specific exercises nor coverage of applicable FAA orders that call out RCA. Students learn how to use RealityCharting Software to build cause and effect charts, prepare RCA reports and effectively communicate RCA findings.
