| This course provides candidate OJT trainers with current guidance and standards to prepare them to plan for and conduct on-the-job training at Levels 1, 2, and 3 according to the current OJT requirements and standards. OJT trainers provide training to Flight Standards employees who have been assigned new job tasks. Some trainees will be newly hired; others may be more experienced and assigned new job functions. By the conclusion of the course, participants will have planned and evaluated Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 OJT sessions. | |||
