Participants will be able to: Recognize the characteristics of different types of aeroelastic instabilities; List the relevant FAR requirements; Review applicant's Flutter Certification Plan and understand the approach to demonstrate compliance; Describe parameters that effect aeroelastic stability and relate them to design features and changes; and understand the education, training, and experience necessary to make Journey-Level findings of compliance.
