| The 45-minute course provides instructions on the use of the AVS QMS Document Control Process. The goal of the course is for the learner to understand the basic knowledge and general steps involved in the document control process. After completing the course, the learner will be able to: 1) classify document types; 2) understand the purpose of the internal and external document matrix; 3) identify the types of QMS documents in existence; 4) recall electronic sites that host approved documents; 5) understand the importance of protecting and securing documents; 6) identify approved documents; 7) identify approved documents; 8) define the steps in the review and approval for QMS documents; and 9) explain the methods to prevent the unintended use of obsolete documents. The AVS Document Control Process (AVS-001-007) applies to all AVS employees who are involved in writing, reviewing, using and controlling QMS documents. This is an organizational POR (Person of Responsibility) Curriculum Course. | |||
