| This introduction course covers directions for the management of AVS delegation programs. This course covers the vision and principles on which all AVS delegation programs are based. The roles and responsibility of all AVS personnel involved from management to the day-to-day oversight by FAA employees are covered. The basis of the seven elements of the program, selection, appointment, oversight, training, renewal, termination, and appeal are addressed.
