UNDER DEVELOPMENT. This course introduces FAA employees to include Engineers (AIR), Manufacturing Inspectors (AIR, Airworthiness Inspector-Maintenance (FS), Airworthiness Inspector-Avionics (FS), and Operations Inspectors (FS) that will be assigned as an OMT Leads with the specific duties and responsibilities associated with the OMT Lead role. This includes, but is not limited to, the OMT Lead's roles, responsibilities, and requirements as related to evaluation panel, organization management, organizational surveillance, and electronic data systems and records. Target Audience(s): The target audience for this course is assignment-specific for individuals assigned to be OMT Leads. This may include the following roles from AVS-60, AFS-850, AIR-500, AIR-630, or AIR-700: Engineers (AIR) Manufacturing Inspectors (AIR) Airworthiness Inspectors - Maintenance (FS) Airworthiness Inspectors - Avionics (FS) Prerequisite(s): The participants must be OMT Team Member qualified.
