| This course is designed for all AFS personnel because it involves the Quality Management System (QMS). The course provides participants with an opportunity to enhance their performance in conducting an effective root cause analysis (RCA) within the context of the QMS. All AFS employees need to be familiar with the concept of RCA in order to maintain the QMS since they may be tasked with doing this step as part of a Corrective Action Request (CAR). The RCA for QMS training covers aspects of an RCA including definition, process steps, analysis methods, and categorizing the information into the online Quality Management System Automation Information Technology Support (QMITS) tool. Methods include multimedia content presentation, learner interactive participation, and context-specific feedback and reinforcement. | |||
