This course focuses on part 133 congested area plans (CAPs), Class D external-load operations, part 133 instrument flight rules (IFR) operations, and part 133 operations with hazardous materials authorizations, as well as ASIs roles and responsibilities for approving associated authorizations and conducting surveillance of operators performing these operations in accordance with federal regulation and FAA policy. | |||
