| This course provides an overview of the current formal FS OJT Program for Aviation Safety Inspectors performing Safety Assurance job functions, including a review of FAA Order 3140.20 (as amended). Participants will learn about the structure of the OJT Program and the value of the OJT to the individual and the agency. The content focuses on the role and responsibilities of the trainee during the planning, delivery, and evaluation phases of the program. It also explains the roles of others involved in the program, such as their Front-Line Manager and the OJT Program Manager and introduces the trainees to resources available to support them as they participate in OJT. | |||
