Course 27100330 replacement.** The primary objective of this briefing is to update the AFS workforce on the role of Compliance Philosophy (CP), and discuss the changes implemented as a result of CP. The purpose is to provide training to the AFS workforce on the content in the FAA Compliance Philosophy Order (FAA 8000.373), revised Order 2150.3, and related AFS policy in the AFS-1 Notice 8900.343; 8900.1 Volume 14 Chapters 1-3 and Volume 15 Chapter 6; and the revised policy on the Pilot's Bill of Rights (PBR). Some of the changes implemented as a result of CP include the revised policy on the Pilot's Bill of Rights, CP documentation, operational outcome severity bias, and information sharing.
