The goal of this course is to orient AIR Managers/Supervisors and AIR Training Managers (ATMs) to the AIR On-the-Job Training (OJT) program and to train them on their role and responsibIlities in administering and implementing the program. Active participation and support is essential to ensuring the implementation of a national AIR OJT program and the delivery of standardized on-the-job training. Target audience(s): This course is recommended for the following personnel: 1) AIR Frontline Managers/Supervisors and 2) AIR Training Managers (ATMs) Prerequisite(s): N/A.
