The purpose of this instructor-facilitated on-line training is to provide new AIR employees with an overview of the general knowledge they will require to perform their jobs effectively. Subjects include AIR's Mission, Vision and Values, Roles and Responsibilities, Regulations and Policy, Type, Production and Airworthiness Certification, Continued Operational Safety Management, International considerations, and Designees and Delegations. Methods of instruction include lecture, student participation in practical exercises, collaborative discussions, and exams. Initial training for AIR. Length: 40 hours over a 3 week period.
