The purpose of this briefing is to provide participants with information on policy changes and associated instructions necessary for making findings of Undue Burden or No Undue Burden when an applicant requests to use a manufacturer outside of the United States. Target Audiences: All Aircraft Certification Service (AIR) aviation safety inspectors and their managers, as well as all AIR aviation safety engineer managers are required to complete the eLMS training brief 27200124, Undue Burden Changes: Requirements for Undue Burden Findings, by October 1, 2016. This training brief is optional for AIR aviation safety engineers.
