| The purpose of the AOV Staff Work Training Program is provide the knowledge, skills, and practice needed to conduct and successfully execute the varied tasks that comprise staff work. The objective of the instructor led training (the second of three segments of the AOV Staff Work blended training program) is to provide participants with 1) tips and tools around the staff work process and 2) an opportunity to apply knowledge gained.
