UNDER DEVELOPMENT. This briefing would bring participants with awareness to FAA Order 8000.376, Development and Use of Voluntary Consensus Standards, OMB Circular A-119 and to ensure statutory requirements are met within the agency to include roles and responsibilities and prohibited activities by official or non-official employee participation in the development and engagement with standards bodies. Target Audience(s): All FAA employees engaged in developing and applying consensus standards. Each Staff Office or LOB outside of AIR will determine how the training is applied in their organization. In AIR, the target audience is 1801, 1825's, 800 series engineers, CSTA's and AIR managers in 500, 600, 700 and 800. The audience in AIR will be addressed in accordance with the JTA categories and alignment. Prerequisite(s): None Non-FAA: This briefing is not available to non-FAA audiences.
